A real, measured example. A food distributor received orders through four channels, in four different formats: PDFs, photos of handwritten dockets, text messages and voice notes. No off-the-shelf tool reads that. So he did it himself: four hours every evening, six evenings a week, opening each message, deciphering it, replaying it, retyping it line by line. Then five hours every Sunday to turn all of it into invoices. Twenty-nine hours a week. Fifteen hundred hours a year swallowed by re-entry, a full-time job nobody had decided to create.

We built the tool that does that work instead. All four channels land in one place. The PDF is read, the photo is deciphered, the text is structured, the voice note is transcribed, and each comes out as a clean order, ready to confirm. Invoices are then generated from those orders in a few clicks. What is left is twenty minutes of review in the evening, half an hour on Sunday.
